MRI Technologist Position

Schedule

3X12 shifts, varied hours. Call is required and schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Job Description

As an MRI Technologist, you will produce diagnostic MRI scans, assist the radiologist and referring physicians during procedures, and ensure excellent patient care while representing the mission of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures safely and accurately.
• Assist in maintaining quality standards for imaging services.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Manage patient care while ensuring a comfortable environment.
• Make technical decisions to achieve optimal image quality.
• Participate in standby and callback times as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT in MRI Required
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience
• Experience with GE or Philips scanners
