Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide optimal patient care utilizing nursing knowledge and skills. The incumbent is responsible for individualized patient outcomes and will deliver comprehensive nursing services to patients across various age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, alongside their families/caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Diagnose and treat human responses to health problems.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Meet standards of quality as measured by age-specific competency.
• Engage families in the assessment and care process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 2+ years of Med Surg/Tele experience.
• NV RN license required prior to start.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• Must pass a telemetry competency exam.
