Schedule

Schedule includes rotating shifts Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, and 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Job Description

The Mammography Technician is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic mammograms and assisting radiologists and referring physicians in mammographic procedures. The technician will ensure patient care excellence while adhering to established safety standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic mammograms and assist in various mammographic procedures.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and patient safety.
• Operate mammography equipment proficiently to achieve optimal image quality.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital computer systems related to imaging procedures.
• Deliver patient care in compliance with age-specific competency standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Mammography Technician experience.
• Valid ARRT and NV State License required (must be obtained before start date).
• Current BLS certification.
