Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Spearfish, SD. The ideal candidate will provide quality therapeutic services to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and assist with implementing treatment plans effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in performing various therapeutic activities to improve their physical capabilities.
• Implement treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress and any notable changes during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• State licensure in South Dakota.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
