Days shift with 36 hours guaranteed (scheduled for 40 hours).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality therapy services. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with occupational therapists to assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and support in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and home exercise programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during therapy sessions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid COTA certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
