Job Description

Join a community-owned, not-for-profit 49-bed hospital seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg floor. This facility is accredited by Joint Commission and provides care primarily for medical and surgical patients, with occasional responsibilities for post-partum and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical and surgical patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with post-partum and pediatric cases as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Louisiana.
• Travel RNs must come from agencies listed with the Louisiana Department of Health Nurse Staffing Agencies.
• Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility will not be considered.
