Job Description

Join a community-owned, not-for-profit 49-bed hospital accredited by the Joint Commission. This position involves providing high-quality care to medical and surgical patients, with occasional exposure to post-partum and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in a Med Surg environment.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Assist with the implementation of care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding health issues and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Louisiana.
• Experience in a Med Surg setting preferred.
• Must not permanently reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
