Job Description

The Diagnostic Imaging team utilizes state-of-the-art imaging technology to provide healthcare teams with essential information for accurate diagnoses. Imaging services encompass X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, CT Scan, Digital Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound services, including the latest PET-CT scans for cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures performed.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARDMS credentials (or equivalent) in Abdomen required.
• ARDMS credentials (or equivalent) in OB/GYN required.
• Current unencumbered Oregon license in Sonography required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Schedule

Days/varied schedule with occasional weekends.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
