5x8 Hour Day Shift (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a Critical Access Hospital. The position primarily involves outpatient care, with some coverage required for inpatient and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current or pending Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
