Schedule

Day shift, 5x8-Hour schedule from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, with weekend coverage required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality therapy services to patients of all ages, including outpatient, inpatient, and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) patients, with a focus on specialties such as wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and rehabilitation support across various settings including outpatient, acute care, and SNF.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and progress using Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Active Alaska Physical Therapist license, pending licenses are not accepted.
