This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 4x10-hour schedule (08:00 - 18:00), Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. No weekends or call required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist with at least one year of experience to provide outpatient and inpatient therapy services. The position involves working with approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient cases, focusing on evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for patients, ensuring quality of care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• A valid state license is required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification is required.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
