Physical Therapist - Outpatient/Inpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

This position offers a Day 4x10-Hour schedule, working from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Weekends and on-call shifts are not required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team for a contract assignment. The ideal candidate will work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with approximately 80% focus on outpatient care and 20% on inpatient responsibilities. Floating between units will be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions for patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress using the facility's charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid State License required at the time of submission.
• References from 2 years in the specialty being submitted for.
