Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ambulation, feeding, turning, and repositioning.
• Provide personal care including bathing, oral care, and perineal care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Ensure proper hygiene and skin care; implement pressure injury prevention measures.
• Utilize assistive devices for safe patient transfers and mobility.
• Manage and document patient care activities accurately.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures, including donning/removing PPE.
• Respond to patient call lights and needs in a timely manner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Current NY State License required for submission.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is a must.
• Candidates must be willing to float as needed.
