Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Schedule

This position primarily operates on a day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 8 hours daily. Shift timings may vary based on departmental needs, and the role has a call requirement of 10-12 days per month.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care, focusing on patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of treatment protocols. The role requires taking HEART cases and ensuring adherence to high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide care based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN License.
• Completion of necessary health screenings, including a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Compliance with immunization requirements (e.g., COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella).
• Completion of the Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Completed Trinity Profile and background check.
