Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Mostly day shift from 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM, depending on departmental needs. Call requirement of 10-12 days a month.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure adherence to medical protocols and guidelines. You will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and maintaining comprehensive patient records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical staff to create and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when needed.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license required.
• Completion of Trinity Profile and other necessary documentation for onboarding.
• Immunizations and health screenings as specified, including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B, and drug screening.
• Completion of the Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist.
