Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• COVID-19 and other immunizations as per health policy.
• Completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Trinity Skills Checklist and other training requirements.
• Background checks and professional verification as mandated by Trinity standards.
