Travel Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

DAYS - 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, every other weekend

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical to join our team. This position involves providing care for patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring high-quality treatment and support.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and evaluations.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Compact or AL RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in Medical Surgical.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 6 to 1.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
