Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will possess acute care hospital PCU experience and demonstrate critical patient care skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative care for surgical patients and patients recovering from cardiac procedures.
• Monitor patients with cardiac drips and other complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Utilize advanced telemonitoring equipment for patient health assessment.
• Participate in the unit’s self-scheduling process and contribute to teamwork and collaboration.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory.
• Cardiac experience and prior Meditech experience are preferred.
