Job Description

This non-patient-facing telehealth position serves as a dedicated clinical liaison for patients and their families. The role involves guiding patients through complex diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing judgment within the framework of clinical evaluation
• Maneuver through computer systems efficiently to access patient information
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Experience in Cardiology, Family Care, or Internal Medicine preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• Valid state nursing license required at the time of submission
