Registered Nurse - Inpatient Addiction Rehab Unit

Schedule

This position requires availability for 5 shifts of 8 hours each from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM. Changes to the schedule must be agreed upon in advance. Weekends and holidays are expected to be covered as part of the role.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in the Inpatient Addiction Rehab Unit, providing care and support to patients. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans for patients.
• Administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Assuming charge nurse responsibilities after appropriate training.
• Providing emotional and educational support to patients and families.
• Coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must possess a valid state nursing license. Additional required credentials include:

• COVID-19 vaccination (optional).
• MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap immunizations are required for onboard.
• Driver’s License or State ID.
• Completion of a Centralus Skills Checklist upon onboarding.
