Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Flexible schedule options include:

• 4x10-hour shifts: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 07:30 to 18:00; Friday from 07:30 to 17:00
• 5x8-hour shifts: Three days from 09:30 to 18:00 and two days from 07:30 to 16:00

No weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide quality care in a pediatric outpatient setting. The SLP will work with infants, children, and adolescents addressing a range of speech and language disorders including autism, developmental delays, and language disorders. Provider support services available include interpretation services and physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Provide speech and language therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding therapy and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including interpretation services and physical therapists.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Current BLS and CCC-SLP certifications required.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems, specifically Wellsky/Epic.
• Ability to recognize signs and symptoms of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse.
