Registered Nurse - Trauma Cardiovascular Stroke and Neuro

Schedule

Night shift, 4x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00). Every other weekend is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro care. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and be proficient in using the EPIC charting system. This role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro conditions.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist in various medical procedures and interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC application.
• Participate in patient care rounds and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in a critical care setting is preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Experience with trauma and cardiovascular care is preferred.
• Ability to float within the scope of practice as needed.
