Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) - 3rd Shift

This position requires a full-time commitment on the 3rd shift, from 22:30 to 07:00, with no weekend shifts.

Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) will provide nursing care across various homes within the same campus. This role involves working closely with residents to ensure their health and wellness needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in a residential setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in orientation and training programs as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must possess a valid LPN or RN licensure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
