Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Weekend Doubles

18:30 - 07:00, Saturday and Sunday, with a requirement for consecutive daylight orientation.

Job Description

This position involves providing essential nursing care on weekends, rotating between different homes within the same campus. Candidates will either be a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), responsible for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform assessments and manage medication administration.
• Document patient interactions and care accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in a clinical or home-based setting preferred.
• Must complete 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation.
