Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in an Acute Rehab setting. The role involves providing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and home exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current PT license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Preferred experience in Acute Rehab settings; new graduates with relevant clinical experience will be considered.
