Charge Nurse - NICU

This position requires availability for a 3x12 shift schedule from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate must have previous NICU experience and solid leadership skills. The Charge Nurse will be instrumental in managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the care of patients in the NICU.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients’ families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid nursing license.
• NICU experience is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a nursing role.
