Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CA House Supervisor for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will manage nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety while leading the nursing staff during their shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care for patients.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and hospital protocols.
• Address patient and family concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in emergency situations as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are required; NRP certification preferred.
• Proof of negative TB screening within the last 12 months.
