Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ED) Travel Assignment

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

Join our dynamic and busy Level 2 Trauma Center, where you will be part of a fast-paced emergency department team that sees an average of 220 patients daily. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to high acuity patients requiring swift and effective interventions.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in a high-volume emergency room setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide care for ventilated patients and those requiring critical interventions.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Nursing required.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications (pending is acceptable for NIH).
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
• Travel experience in Emergency Department settings is mandatory.
