Registered Nurse - Labor Delivery and Post-Partum Care

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in Labor Delivery and Post-Partum for both mothers and newborns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in obstetrics, with specific experience in managing labor and delivery processes, alongside post-partum responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support labor and delivery processes.
• Provide comprehensive post-partum care for mothers and newborns.
• Administer medications and maintain patient records efficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Schedule

This position offers a Night shift (3x12-Hour schedule: 19:00 - 07:00). Candidates should be open to varying lengths of contracts ranging from 8 to 26 weeks, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Ohio RN License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor Delivery and Post-Partum care.
• Current certifications in NRP, BLS, and EFM; ACLS and STABLE certifications preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
