Job Description

This is a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to individual needs, focusing on recovery from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs to maximize health and quality of life.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active licensure relevant to the position (PT, OT, SLP, etc.).
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
