Job Description

Join our dedicated team in the Surgical ICU, providing critical care to patients recovering from major surgeries and trauma. As a Travel Registered Nurse in the SICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Care for trauma patients, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and other general post-surgical ICU patients.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment, including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia devices, and ECMO.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Experience traveling to large trauma facilities is preferred.
