CT Tech - 3x12 Hour Shifts

This is a 13-week contract position for a CT Tech working three 12-hour shifts. The scheduled days are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Description

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures specific to cardiology, neurology, and trauma. Candidates must have experience with cardiac, stroke, and trauma imaging in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT imaging for patients, including abdomen, cervical, chest, head, lumbar, pelvis, thoracic, and musculoskeletal trauma.
• Prepare and/or administer contrast media as required for imaging procedures.
• Ensure adherence to isolation precautions and maintain patient safety.
• Utilize PACS and other charting systems for documenting patient information.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience with a focus on cardiac and trauma imaging.
• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography is mandatory.
• Experience with Community Hospital charting systems preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
