Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description

The Rehabilitation Specialist will be responsible for providing ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. This position involves working with individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, brain injuries, neurological conditions, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and optimize recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes.
• Document patient progress and completion of therapy sessions accurately.

Schedule

This position operates on a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
