Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient safety and comfort, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Perform assessments, develop nursing care plans, and implement patient care interventions.
• Administer medications and document their effects appropriately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about disease processes and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Proof of vaccinations as specified (COVID-19, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hepatitis B).
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required.
• Trinity Skills Checklist and Competency Testing completion.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check.
• Trinity Education Verification.
