Job Description

The healthcare position involves comprehensive patient care and requires the successful completion of several essential health screenings and qualifications. Candidates must have the necessary vaccinations and medical evaluations as part of their onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Complete required health history immunizations and screenings.
• Participate in required training and testing protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and care quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• COVID-19 Vaccine, Influenza Vaccine (optional).
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella Vaccines.
• Tdap vaccine and two-step PPD or IGRA.
• Successful completion of the Trinity Skills Checklist and other professional evaluations.
• Licenses/Certificates Verification.
