Job Description

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and possess the necessary credentials and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete essential health history documentation.
• Administer required immunizations and screenings.
• Ensure compliance with all professional and safety agreements.
• Establish patient confidentiality through proper information handling.
• Participate in continuous education and competency assessments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current relevant medical licenses and certifications.
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completion.
• Maintain updated vaccinations (COVID-19, Influenza, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap).
• Successful completion of physical health statements and competency testing.
• Criminal background check clearance.
