7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 4 days per week, with call every 4th weekend.

Job Description

The Travel First Assist in the Operating Room will support surgical teams in a variety of procedures including General, Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, and Breast surgeries. This role requires effective collaboration with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care and safety during operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the positioning and preparation of patients for surgical procedures.
• Support the surgical team during operations, including setting up and maintaining sterile fields.
• Utilize advanced robotic surgical equipment including Davinci Xi and Globus Robot.
• Document pertinent information as per the Expanse documentation system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required.
• Active compact license required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required.
• NH Med Tech license required.
• Robotic surgical experience preferred.
• Spine experience is a plus.
