Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The nurse will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and facilitate an environment of excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct head-to-toe assessments of patients.
• Administer IV medications and manage various IV drips.
• Provide wound care, including drain management and vacuum-assisted closures.
• Care for patients with NGT/G tubes and manage parenteral nutrition.
• Monitor and manage central lines including PICC and midlines.
• Address and care for Foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic catheters.
• Deliver postoperative care and support to patients.
• Participate in daily Multidisciplinary Rounds (MDRs) and collaborate with the care team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with medical/surgical patient care.
• Knowledge of orthopedic care and various medication administration protocols.
