Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As an integral part of our healthcare system, you will work collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care and support within a dynamic environment. This role demands strong documentation skills, effective communication, and the ability to build trust with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team, including physicians and other nursing staff.
• Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
• Manage patient care assignments effectively with attention to detail.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to shift attention among multiple tasks effectively.
