Registered Nurse - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights (1900-0730) every 3rd weekend.

Job Description

The LDRP team is dedicated to providing compassionate labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. Our highly trained nurses and medical staff ensure a family-centered approach in a safe medical environment. We also offer expertise in GYN surgical care, with pediatric practices involved at certain sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor and assess maternal and newborn health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate families on postpartum care and newborn care practices.
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• AHA ACLS certification required.
• NRP and STABLE certifications preferred.
