Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Travel RN in the Neuro Med/Surg unit. We are seeking a skilled and passionate nurse to provide top-quality care to our patients, focusing on neuro-related conditions. You will work alongside a dedicated staff in a 38-bed unit, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct NIH/stroke assessments and neuro assessments.
• Perform fall risk assessments, trach care, and manage feeding tubes.
• Provide critical care in a collaborative environment, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications as per protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and neuro experience preferred.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus.
