Physical Therapist - Inpatient and Outpatient

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Physical Therapist to provide care to a diverse patient population ranging from infants to geriatrics. This role encompasses treatment in inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings, with a commitment to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services to various diagnoses, including post-stroke, total joints, pelvic floor issues, and pediatric cases including autism.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients across all age groups and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, aides, and managerial staff.
• Adapt to the needs of the department and float to different areas as necessary.
• Provide individualized therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional mobility and quality of life.
• Participate in staff activities and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

Schedule

This position offers an 8-hour shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times around 7:30 AM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the relevant state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Able to accommodate a wide range of patient diagnoses.
