Operating Room Registered Nurse - Day Shift (3x12 Hour)

Day shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Please note that on-call requirements include primary and secondary weekday and weekend calls.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the operating room. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in various surgical procedures and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient's vital signs and condition during surgery.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room RN.
• California RN license in good standing.
• BCLS certification required.
• Experience with orthopedic and general surgical procedures.
• Ability to handle on-call duties as specified.
