6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 36 hours scheduled, 24 hours guaranteed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Adult Critical Care experience to join our team. The position is located at a Level I Trauma center with over 600 beds. Candidates may be required to float to a nearby Level III trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care in a critical care setting.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor and manage ventilator support and respiratory equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in emergency situations by providing critical care support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent RRT experience, including critical care.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
• Active RRT and BLS certifications from approved vendors.
