Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NICU Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide specialized care in a high-intensity neonatal environment. The ideal candidate will possess the required certifications and experience in NICU settings, ready to deliver exceptional patient care during non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy for critically ill neonates in the NICU.
• Administer high-frequency ventilation and manage deliveries.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of RRT experience with recent practice in the last 12 months.
• Active Arizona License to practice as an RRT.
• Current certifications in BLS, NRP from a recognized vendor.
• NBRC-RRT certification required.
• PALS and ACLS certifications are optional.
• No hits on state license to practice.
