Schedule

Day shift, typically Monday through Friday with 1-2 weekend shifts per month. Shift hours are 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This position requires a strong passion for rehabilitative care and the ability to work effectively with adult and geriatric patients recovering from various conditions. Our facility focuses on providing customized rehabilitation programs for patients dealing with stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide one-on-one therapy interventions aimed at improving patients' physical functions and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• At least 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation or hospital experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
