Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Fairfield Glade, TN. This role involves working with a diverse patient population and maintaining high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate should have outpatient experience, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. The position requires commitment and flexibility, with expectations for productivity and efficient patient management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient therapy interventions.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Manage patient caseloads effectively, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Float to other clinics as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
