Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) will support patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. This role requires expertise in telemetry monitoring and will involve critical decision-making to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and assess conditions.
• Administer medications and perform specialized nursing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and patients.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Current, valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission.
