Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule

This position requires night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a guaranteed workload of 36 hours per week and an every other weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain injuries, and orthopedic injuries, and will play a crucial role in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation techniques.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and patient safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Experience in rehabilitation or medical-surgical nursing preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
