3x12 Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry. This role requires a proactive approach to patient care and a commitment to excellence in nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ECG readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry.
• Active Permanent Ohio License or Compact License in hand.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Epic experience is a must.
• One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
